Scott L. Baier is a Professor and Chair at Clemson University’s Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business. Scott has worked as an advisor to the White House, a scholar for the Atlanta Federal Reserve, a consultant for the Congressional Budget Office, and has received numerous awards for his research including “best paper” and “best article” awards from academic journals.
